    Seems there is something weird going on there - Is this document placed under an unpublished ancestor maybe?

    Hi Biagio,

    Here is a issue http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/U4-4809 on the issue tracker, where Shannon Deminick talks about the statuses: FailedHasExpired, FailedAwaitingRelease, FailedIsTrashed.In his second comment,

    Perhaps this can help you, as I see it there a lot of versions that is affected, and the case is open, so the HQ are working on it.

    I read that before. I think that user click on Save and Publish and not Save.

    To Jan: none. The ancestor is there and published. Umbraco gives that advice but publish in any case.
