Ehm, yes very strange when you don't know the cyrillic alphabet :D - Is it possible for you to provide a rough translation of what the message is saying? Most users in here are probably not able to make sense of it - And since it's not possible to copy/paste the error message in text then no one will try using Google translate.
Could it be the server name that is incorrect. If I start up my Micosoft SQL Management Studio, my server is named something like this DA-W530\SQLEXPRESS. So what you could try is start your Micosoft SQL Management Studio, and check that the server name is correct.
Hmm, is it possible for you in any way to try and make an installation on a windows machine where the default OS language is set to english? I think it may be due to some cyrillic characters perhaps.
Another option could be to try and just install on CE SQL for now and then migrate the database from CE SQL to SQL Server Express afterwards using Webmatrix for instance.
As I mentioned above I suspect it's because of your system language for some reason. It should perhaps be reported as a bug at http://issues.umbraco.org/issues
