As you can see to the column left to the one you have highlighted it says "versionId". And that's because Umbraco has a Rollback feature, which makes it possible to rollback to a previous version of a certain node. So each time you save / save & publish a node a new version is saved.
I think that you should take a look at the package called F.A.L.M. Housekeeping, one of the options with this package is that it has a version manager tool with this tool you can view and cleanup the version history that Umbraco mantains for each content node.
