    Rich Text Editor-Not Editable

    I have several instances of the rich text editor on my site. 99% of them are fine. However, I have one set of RTE that are, not editable. I can edit in the main window, but when I go into the "Source Code" of the RTE, I can't make edits. I need to get into the source code to be able to change the HREF of a link. Standard RTE in a standard content grid. Any ideas?
