    Deleting page JS error

    Hi there,

    I am pretty new to Umbraco and have got a site that was working fine and is still working fine locally but on the live server I can't seem to delete any pages?  I can create them and unpublish them fine, but just can't delete.  I had a look at what is happening in firebug and there is a javascript error:

    umbraco is not defined
    path/to/file//umbraco/js/umbracoDefault.js

    Whis is referring to this line of code in the .js file:

    umbraco.presentation.webservices.legacyAjaxCalls.Delete(tempID, "", tempNodeType, refreshDelete);

    Has anybody encountered this problem before? 

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Umbraco version: 4.0.2.1
