So many language need indent first line, this is more useful than indent whole paragragh.
please add a button name: First line indent, which style is: text-indent:2em;
If it's not 20% function, can you tell me how and where I can add this style. thanks.
other, I think use em instead of px as unit for outdent and indent is a good idea. because this can auto be changed as font size changed.

the rich text editor is basically tinymce, so best place to start how to add your own button is to look through their docs on the site (Here's an example of adding a toolbar button)
