    Ctrl & S on any feild in admin

    Features

    I keep finding myself hitting the above key combination in admin sections of different sites thanks to whoever implemented this useful feature in Umbraco.  There are times when it doesn't work in Umbraco and I think it would be useful to have it throughout the admin section.

    Best bet is to raise a ticket on CodePlex.. and ask everyone to vote on it!

    The core team try to implement the tickets with the most votes.  I'd love for CTRL+S to be available in all the editors in the back-office!
