In learning Umbraco, I frequently visit the Wiki on this site.
It is not alwayas obvious to what version of Umbraco an article applies and how current the information is. Wouldn't it be usefull if the 'last edited' date of an entry is shown below the title?
If you're logged into the site, then when viewing a WIKI page you should see a history button at the top, where you can see what's changed, when it was changed and by whom.
I found that one. Didn't find clicking it open and mousing to the end to get a tooltip to show you the date/period the best/most user-friendly solution though...
