Every time we do an upgrade for Umbraco (which is a lot now we have frequent updates) one of the steps is to manually merge the language files such as en.xml.
This is a total nightmare if you have any plugins such as contour.
Can we make the small refactor required to allow plugins and other back office features to store their language files in a separate location so we can remove this manual merge step?

Surely that isn't too hard?
