    Thanks!

This is probably less than totally appropriate to post here, but..

A big shout-out thank you to the developers and maintainers of Umbraco! I just started using it (with version 4), and I am really impressed. It hits a sweet spot between programming, designing and authoring sites that I've wanted to see occupied for a long time!

I initially thought that the heavy reliance on xslt transforms was going to slow things down, but I haven't noticed that, at all (although, in fairness, my site is currently pretty small). And while I doubt I'll ever come to truly love xpath and xslt (or even completely understand them), it's surprising how quick one comes down the learning curve with them.

In fact, I like Umbraco so much I find myself wishing it had an even more impressive front-end UI. You know, something like being completely integrated into Visual Studio :)

    Cant agree more!!

I everytime I do development now, I push Umbraco as choice of CMS and I think the main thing that wins over the clients is not all the programming but the UI because of it being so clean and simple to use and completely customisable.

    Keep up the good work!!
