I was wondering if there is email notification on the forum? In my profile there's an option "Do not send me any notifications or newsletters from our.umbraco.org" it's not checked but I don't receive email notifications.
No there are no email notifications as far as I know, I think that tick box is for "future use"
Currently if you want updates on threads / forum sections you can subscribe to the various RSS feeds.

Was about to raise a new thread about this... it's still one of the big features that I miss from the old YAF-powered forum!
Knowing when someone has replied to a thread... or just to have the ability to "watch" a topic/thread.
Any uForum devs know if this is on the roadmap?

I'm having the same need too! It would be more convinient to have email notification so that you know when your posts are updated.
Hope that Umbraco team will support this one day.

Since I'm not able to vote yet, then I would just say thumbs up for this request... (both the RSS feed and the email notification)
