    Bootstrap 3.2

When will Umbraco upgrade AngularJS to 1.3.x and Bootstrap to 3.2.x.

Bootstrap has been out with 3.2 for a while and the changes in v3 are breaking. The change to v3 should have taken place in 7.1.x in my opinion. The longer you wait, the more people that are affected by breaking changes!

Angular is now at a stable 1.3.0.

    Time for some upgrades Umbraco!

Is this pertaining to package development? Because umbraco gives you 100% control over the front end markup. We use bootstrap 3.2, the latest Angular JS, Unobtrusive Validation, etc etc.

Or perhaps this pertains to one of the site starter packages? Which you have control over and can update once you spin one up.

    Hi Robert,

As Ryan, said you have 100% control over the front end markup, so you can use the technologies that you want, and choose the version of these. But as you probably also know the Umbraco 7, is using Angular for example thier property editors and so on. And here is a blostpost from the HQ about angular and Umbraco from earlier this year

    https://umbraco.com/follow-us/blog-archive/2014/11/4/umbraco-and-angular-20

    Hope this helps,

    /Dennis

    Hi Robert,

You can vote up this issue: #U4-5576 Upgrade to latest AngularJS.

I couldn't find a corresponding one for Bootstrap... feel free to submit a ticket for it :-)

    Cheers,
    - Lee

    Hi guys

Just want to add that in the blogpost it says that HQ are working towards Angular 1.3 support in v7.5. So they're on that one at least.

    Just my 2 cents.

    /Jan
