Guys, who make a new version Umbraco, could you give us a little information about which version AngularJS will be used in Umbraco v8.x (1.4.x, 1.5.x or 2.x)?
I currently think that we will see Umbraco 8 released on the latest stable branch of angularjs 1.5.x - I'm not sure angularjs 2.0 will be polished enough to make it into v8 (my unofficial guess) and it's probably more likely we will see angularjs 2.0 in Umbraco v9.
But I guess nothing is set in stone and if angularjs progresses quickly and the tests from the core team turn out positive etc. etc. it might make sense to make the leap with the v8 release. Time will tell :)
Small question about Umbraco 8.0 and AngularJS

Hi Vitaly
Even though this blogpost is 1,5 years old I think the content is still valid - https://umbraco.com/follow-us/blog-archive/2014/11/4/umbraco-and-angular-20/
