Media Picker on UmbracoViewPage / UmbracoTemplatePage
Hi, is it possible to add Umbraco Media Picker on a UmbracoViewPage or a UmbracoTemplatePage? The page is called from the one of my custom App Plugins in the Umbrack back office and can be directly called by an Action method in a Surface Controller. I can't find any information on Umbraco forum and on the Google search.
Unfortunately, I haven't written the code yet. I was trying to see whether it is possible to re-use one of the built-in Umbraco back office components, such as Media Picker, on a View that is accessible by the public users.
I probably would implement the upload image page using Telerik file upload control, one of our work existing third party controls. The uploaded image would be stored in a separate file location, not /media/, Umbraco default media folder.
I would give you an update when I am working on the page.

Can you show some code examples?
Thanks

Hi Dominic,
No, I think it will be easier to use your own controls than customize Umbraco's.
