    Content Nodes, views and macros not showing.

    Templates, (partial) views and macros
    Umbraco 6

    All of a sudden, nodes are not shown in the content area of umbraco. Also, view files and macros are not accessed in settings and developer sections respectively.

    What is the root cause for this issue.

    Please suggest in this matter.

    Please do the following for us to help you troubleshoot:

    • Check your JS console for errors
    • Check the Umbraco Log for errors

    After you retrieve the errors, please post them and we can help you troubleshoot.

    Hello Jason,

    We tried both the things but, Webservices calls are failing and returning these values....

    https://stage.testsite/umbraco/webservices/CheckForUpgrade.asmx/CallUpgradeService Request Method: POST Status Code: 500

    Please suggest how we could go further in this context.
