    Strange Speed Issue When using umbracoUrlAlias

    Hi Everyone,

    I've had a strange issue reported today from a client relating to the speed of their site.

    They are heavily using URL alias', all stored in a text property with the alias "umbracoUrlAlias".

    Functionally everything is working as required, but I have noted a more than half a second speed difference when accessing the page via its alias URL vs accessing it via its true URL.

    We are currently on Umbraco 7.4.2.
