How can I create a report of content pages and the template used?

I have been tasked with cleaning up our umbraco environment - we have a number of unused templates so I was looking for a quick way to create a report of each content page and the template associated with it. How/Can I do this in umbraco?

Have you had a look at Diplo God Mode? https://our.umbraco.org/projects/developer-tools/diplo-god-mode/

I haven't tried it but it sounds like it could be useful to you.
