Hi,

We are currently getting the following issue whenever there are any errors on a form with any file uploads in Umbraco 7.4.3 with forms 4.4.2:

We could fix this ourselves but it seems wrong for us to be editing core Umbraco forms functionality.

We are worried about updating Umbraco or forms any further right now because of functionality breaks with the rest of the site.
