Umbraco Publishing Error: AutoMapper.AutoMapperMappingException

I'm using Umbraco version 7.6.3 assembly: 1.0.6361.21154 on Windows 7 Professional.

I have an Umbraco Grid Property Type (Bootstrap 3) for one of the pages I'm trying to publish.

1) In the Document Types section, I have set up the Grid Property Type with a simple set of options (1 row/1 column), as well as a Rich Text Editor (Umbraco.TinyMCEv3) to be used within my grid.

2) In the Content section I inserted a Rich Text Editor into a full row. Then I entered some unformatted text by right-clicking and selecting "paste as plain text". I get an error as soon as I try to submit/Save & Publish this content. When I remove all content from the Rich Text Editor and then click 'Save and Publish' it works without any problems, but the publish command fails if any content is present, regardless of whether it is text, media, or anything else. However, if I go to the "Properties" tab of the Content node and click on the "Link to document" for this page then it displays my text content. Although, the styling is missing.

3) I have confirmed that any content in my Rich Text Editor fails to publish even when I use the RTE (Umbraco.TinyMCEv3) Property Type alone without the Umbraco grid.

4) The particular page that gives me this error has been moved around under different nodes in the content section. I've deleted it and recreated it using the same name several times to see if that resolved my issue, but it did not. My speculation is that it there is some node name or model name conflict that prevents this content from being published. I have cleared Umbraco cache several times, restarted the Application Pool, restarted the server, manually triggered the model builder (set to PureLive mode), etc.
