I have a version 7.2.8 site with an XSLT menu that works well and am setting up a new site using 7.7.6. I cannot get the (same) XSLT to select the nodes, though the umbraco.config structure looks pretty well unchanged.
It's been a while since I used Umbraco in anger - what has changed?
Mea culpa - The menu is designed to work starting at the second level, I have a top level Doc for holding site-wide data - or rather I should have had.
I now have that structure and it is beginning to work - I still seem to have some JS issues but I expect I can deal with those.
