When I want to render a Macros or Document Type using the Doc Type Grid Editor in the Grid Layout, I want to be able to either choose to create a new one or select an existing one rather than being forced to creating a new one.
If we have defined a shared global one, I want to select it as a datasource, or optionally I can just create one on the fly.
E.g. /Shared Content/Widgets/Content Cards/Welcome Content Card
Is there anything I can do? I wouldn't want to create a content picker for every type of reusable widgets/components because that would be cumbersome. Anyone with a Sitecore background might understand what I mean better. Any input from more experienced Umbraco developers?
