    Any recommended Blog Plug Ins?

    Templates, (partial) views and macros
    Umbraco 7

    Hi

    I am looking into adding a Blog Plug in to our Umbraco installation.

    I dont have much experience with installing Umbraco plug ins (have always been a WordPress user) so I am just wondering if there are anyone can recommend any good ones?

    The Umbraco version we have is 7.6.4

    Any information much appreciated

    I'm not sure about blog plugins in particular but The Starter Kit can be a good place to begin, it may well give you everything you need to get started in fact!

    You'll probably want to edit the templates afterwards but The Starter Kit gives you the Document Types you would typically need and comes with an example content tree to demonstrate how it all works together.

    Hi Jools

    There have been several blog packages created throughout the years but I'm not sure how many are still compatible with the latest versions of Umbraco - However Articulate, which is made by Shannon from Umbraco HQ is still supported and is probably the best there is out there currently to my knowledge - You can find the package here https://our.umbraco.org/projects/starter-kits/articulate/

    It's supports Umbraco 7.6+
