Normally with a macro inside a Rich Text Editor property you can associate the Rich Text Editor control with a custom stylesheet and add your styles for the backoffice there, however there isn't the option to do that for the grid.
Your best bet therefore maybe to add your own custom css to the Umbraco backoffice, and there is advice how to do this kind of thing in the following article:
Essentially you'll end up with your own custom stylesheet that loads for the whole of the backoffice, and hopefully that would allow you to target your macro inside a grid implementation.
