Hello Everyone, I wants to create multiple custom components like Slideshow, video, user inquiry form, etc.. and Non technical person can create a page by his own, by just selecting the components he require on page. I am new to the Umbraco and not sure from where should i start to achieve this.

Check out how uSkinned themes implemented similar functionality.
Try to download the theme and check how it was made.
