We've recently have been upgraded the Umbraco 7.6 site to Umbraco 7.15.1 and everything works fine, except ImageProcessor Mask feature. We see a black mask instead of transparent.

Hi Alex! Are the ImageProcessor packages and/or configuration also updated? The Umbraco version itself shouldn't matter, as long as the generated crop URLs are identical...

There are some related issues with blacked out images regarding the PostProcessor: https://github.com/JimBobSquarePants/ImageProcessor/issues/713. Are you using the PostProcessor or running on Azure?

Thanks for the answer, I didn't upgrade image processor package separately, I just updated Umbraco, so maybe it's the case.
But then, why it works locally and doesn't work on the staging.

The ImageProcessor package may be updated by Umbraco, but if the same version works locally, but not on the staging environment, it's probably another issue: https://github.com/JimBobSquarePants/ImageProcessor/issues/747.
So double check whether the PostProcessor packge is installed, remove/uninstall it and check whether it works on staging.
