Image Upload from front end page

I have a requirement for users of my site to upload various information about themselves (name, email, contact, image).  After this infomation has been verified by an admin I want to be able to publish this information within the site, so my question is what is the best/recommended way of going about this?

To expand on this I would like to create a document type for this information.  Once the information is saved on the front end I would like to automatically create a new item using the doc type.  Is this possible?

    Hi David,

This is all possible via Doc2Form. If you've ever used it? It has a learning curve, because there's no documentation other than http://www.blogfodder.co.uk/2009/10/16/how-to-get-doc2form-for-umbraco

It's really a matter of trial and error, but do not hesitate to ask again.

For image upload, Gecko Uploadify can be used on frontend as well http://our.umbraco.org/projects/website-utilities/gecko-uploadify

    Best regards,
    Hundebol
