I have a site that i'm transfering to umbraco that has about 20 pages with about 50+ unordered list per page with links to pdf files that are in a folder at the current website. I install the mass upload package (great job btw, works great) but I see that each file is saved in a random numbered folder. Is there a way to transfer the files in a way that I can mass "replace" their href to make my life easier?
CMSImport PRO can import the data for you. All you need to do is to download the folder with your pdf's to your Umbraco install and wrap your pages inside an xml document or something else that can be used as a Datasource. Then you can import your data all in once and refences to your pdf's will be updated with the new ones in your content.
moving a lot of list files to umbraco
