Hi all! I'm trying to figure out this whole making a skin and creating a skin manifest thing, and I admit I'm feeling a little bit restricted over the whole process. I understand making a skin for the absolute most basic of content, but what if you want to have a skin that includes modules and such that you release to the public? Say like... a gallery. Or a paypal cart.
From the documentation I've read, it doesn't really look like skins open themselves up to having extra doc types and such, and if you're going to release a skin based on a starter kit then that's really it and you're stuck.
Has anyone out there found anything I'm missing that might open this up for me a bit so that I could release a website with a skin... with a gallery... that people could play with and change up as they like?

I appreciate it!
