Except for Info all my document type tabs are blank. There is no content for Structure, Generic Properties or Tabs; no textboxes or button, nothing. Anyone else had this? How do I fix it, quickly?
Sorry, I should have posted this in Templating. I can't delete those document types either and when I try to save export document type I get YSOD with node type id does not exist.
Just had the same problem, and restarting the site in IIS also fixed it for me. What was interesting was that the bug only applied to content types at the third level in my tree, i.e. my tree is:
root document type => "content" document type => web page => publication => etc => "navigation" document type => home page => section landing
...and the "root" document type, the "content" document type and the "navigation" document type were all unaffected.
Just had the same problem. Recycling the application pool did the trick. Similar to what George described, the issue was only seen on Document Types that inherited from a root document type albeit in our case there was only one level of inheritance.
