I was working with my master template and went to save changes. 

I saw a message about alias pop up saying I could not save. so I navigated off templates.

Went back to template and the template item is in the hierarchy is there but no templates. 

The site is working and the directory with the templates exists and is fully populated.

Any advice. 

I did not set up the site adn do not have acess to the person who did.
