Change a Textpage into a link

www.mactusgroup.com

we have a textpage called opportunities on the left bar. when clicked it goes to a page where you can click again to head to our candidate portal. we want to delete this page and have the work opportunities go directly to our candidate portal. how Can I make opportunities a link when it is a textpage?
