Dispite the complete lack of information within this question I'll still have an attempt at answering it! :P
You need to have two Upload controls in the data type, which means you would have to create your own custom .NET user control for the data type. Then you need to write some custom logic which would handle the upload and place them into the same directory, write a DB entry for the two files and all that stuff.
