I just got the latest nightly build of Umbraco 4.10 and when I created a template, the file was placed in the "Views" folder and was an MVC view file. I did not see a way to create a Web Forms masterpage (that is, a ".master" file in the "masterpages" folder), as is done in earlier versions of Umbraco (e.g.,4.7.2).
Will Umbraco 4.10 support both types of templates (.cshtml and .master)? Does it already support that, and I'm just not seeing how to do it?
Looks like they fixed something in the latest build. Now when I create a new template, it creates a ".master" as I'd expect. I don't see how to create a ".cshtml" though. Maybe they are still working on adding that to the UI.
Can I Create Web Forms Templates in Umbraco 4.10?

Hi,
It must support both. I suggest you report this on issues.umbraco.org. Then the core team can have a look.
Cheers,
Richard
