Issue with DocumentType

After creating a new tab on my document type, I can no longer see any settings under structure, generic properties or tabs. Info appears just fine.

Other document types I can view everything normally. Any suggestions as to how to fix, or what I did wrong?

Hi Greg

Had an issue similar to this yesterday with one document type.

I think I clicked the save button and this magically reloaded the data that wasn't loading.

Hope this solves it for you.
