I'm looking at the possibility of using Bootstrap for a new Umbraco intranet web site. Anyone used Bootstrap? Got and thoughts on using it with Umbraco?
I think that the use of any CSS framework is not really a matter of wehter you're using Umbraco or not but wether the framework fullfills the purpose. That being having a solid foundation of standardized HTML, CSS and JavaScript to make it easy to get started with new projects. But this would be the case with any web-project no matter if it's based on a CMS or not. Of course there are CMS's where it can be a challenge to control markup etc. but with a system like Umbraco it really should not be a problem.
Currently we're using Zen Grids where I work since we are using the sass pre-compiler, which works well for us. But it can easily be that we merge some of the concepts from the boostrap project into our codebase.
Btw there is actually a boostrap package for Umbraco in case you have not seen it - perhaps it can be usefull for you? http://our.umbraco.org/projects/starter-kits/ubootstrap - I also think that there are some discussions about the usage of the package etc. in the forums assigned to the package.

Just my 2 cents.
