Template name with no corresponding page/node problem
I'm guessing this si something to do with Umbraco's altTemplate functionality, but it's a problem and I can't figure a way round it.
I have a template called 'product' which is used to display page nodes that are children of a node called 'products'. There are no nodes named simply 'product'.
Entering mysite.com/product or mysite.com/products/product doesn't go to 404 because a template called 'product' exists. This is a problem.
Someone might say that it doesn't matter, because the nonexistent page won't appear in the sitemap etc, but it's bugging me: I don't want people to be able to get to a page that doesn't exist but still tries to execute whatever razor script is in the template, but fails because it's not a 'real' page.
I've looked everywhere for a solution, but can't find anything.
