A client has just requested that they add a Welsh translation to their live site.
Their requirement is that a user can visit a page, select "Welsh" from a drop down, and the view convert to Welsh.
What I need to know is, what is likely to be the best approach for "bolting on" this translation feature.
The options I can think of are:
a) Create an entirely new content branch and 'somehow' link the pages;
b) Put additional fields into each doc type for the translation
I don't like either option. a) sounds like it would be difficult set up and maintain, and b) doesn't sound at all scalable.
Any suggestions?

How can I "bolt on" a page-by-page translation to my site?
