Archetype is given me a Value cannot be null

    Hi,

I trying out the Archetype, but when I try to create a Document Type and choosing Archetype and save it, the following error is given always:

It tells me a value cannot be null, but I have no idea which value it's missing, and it doesn't matter if I place content or not in the configuration.

Can someone help me out on this one, so I can try out this interesting document type?

    Kind regards,

    Niels

Same here, I'm trying to create a DataType using Archetype and got this value cannot be null error. I think all the configuration is set correctly, so I cannot figure out what's happening.

It's working now. The first time I tried to install I did it from NuGet with the application running. I got it working after following these steps:

    1. Stop Visual Studio.

    2. Uninstall the package from NuGet

    3. Install it again from NuGet

    4. Clear the browser cache

    Hope it works for you.

    Hi Enric,

Thanks for the information. I don't use Visual Studio but have tried it as a package installation. I try to uninstall and install that again to see if this will help :)

    Hi Enric,

You were right on #4, that was my issue. Tried that out before the uninstall/install part. Thanks for the help :)
