Edit Template Save Changes not working

Umbraco v6.2.1 (Assembly version: 1.0.5261.28997) downloaded from http://our.umbraco.org/contribute/releases/621

When I am trying to save changes to template in Edit Template its not saving.

I can see below error in chrome Console

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

    http://XXXXXX/UmbracoCMS/umbraco/RestServices/SaveFile/SaveTemplate

I have tried suggestion about wildcard mapping here but no luck

    http://our.umbraco.org/forum/templating/templates-and-document-types/48963-Problem-updating-a-template-on-the-production-server

    Am I missing any files,

    Any suggestions are appreciated!

Hi Santosh and welcome to our :)

Is this happening on your local copy or have you done a deploy to a live site where you see this error?

What is your setup? I'm thinking about server and database.

How did you install it? Could it be a permission issue perhaps?

    /Jan

    Hi Jan,

    Thanks for your reponse.

Yes it is on development server.

I have installed it manually and given full control to network services.

I can edit documnet types but can not edit templates.

Hi Santosh, when you say you  cannot edit templates is this in Umbraco?

Can you check the directory in your web root to see if the files in the /templates folder match those in Umbraco/Developer/Templates :).

    Charlie.

    Hi Santosh

What is the server? Is it Microsoft Server 2012? What database are you using?

What users have you given permissions? And are you sure that all files are copied over to your server?

    /Jan

    Hi Jan,

I am using windows server 2003 and SQL server 2008.

I have given NETWORK SERVICES full control on folders and DB user had read, write, select rights.
