    Modifying the TXT by n33 (HTML5 UP) template quest 2

    I am working with the TXT by n33 (HTML5 UP) template which I like very much. Just need to get a 100% grip on what it does and how it does it. Here is a responsive question:

    Question: The tag <html> has a class assinged on it that swaps from mobile to desktop like <html class=" desktop 1000px"> and <html class=" mobile">. This  tag i visible in the file /views/umbLayout.cshtml 

    but were is this change from the template clean tag  being done to be <html class=" mobile"> in mobiles and tablets and <html class=" desktop 1000px"> in dekstops?
