    Hi erhan,

    Don´t know if there are some free Umbraco templates, but you can take any design and implement it into Umbraco.

    Umbraco ships with three different starter kits perhaps you can get some inspirations from this.

    Since I think that you are new Umbraco I would recommend you to have a look at these videos, they are showing the basic concepts about how Umbraco works, and there is some chapters about templates and CSS / JavaScript. http://umbraco.tv/videos/umbraco-v7/implementor/

    Some of the videos are free to watch some you need to subscribe to the Umbraco Tv service. You can see the different plans here. http://umbraco.tv/plans-signup/
