I have created editor user to create articles. Once he click 'Save and send to publish' button, mail notification sent to admin user. Sometimes Admin user click Publish, Edit or Delete buttons in email notification,  it throws error saying that "General failure. The URL Was: 'http://.................' the parameter is incorrect".

I have observed that the length of this address is too long. If I type that address in web browser it works fine.

Website name length is not possible to change. Please advise to avoid this issue.

My environment is :

Umbraco version: 4.0.3

asp.net: 3.5

Windows: Windows 2003

IIS: 6.0
