    7.0.2 multinode treepicker max items not working

    I have this brand new site I'm building on Umbraco 7.0.2 and I'm using this very basic Multinode Treepicker to select slides from my slideshow. I set it up so I can select from 0 to 3 nodes. But nonetheless it allows the user to select more than 3 nodes. Is this normal? Anyone else running into this?
