I am having some issues when I try to publish content and sub content "Include unpublished child pages" are not working.  I am a bit concerned as when i change a property on the document type, all my content disappears until i republish the content.  I would assume going to "publish content and sub content" would bring them back but to no avail.  If i go into a single page and publish.  It does come back.  Is there a work around for this or how can i fix this without going into hundereds of pages and publishing them one by one.
