I've tested the beta, but I didn't try to show the code in Razor yet. In this uHangout episode you can see how it's used: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1rEVtjnDDyg#t=14m54s.
So try something like this:
image.Crop("landscape")image.Crop(width: 400, height: 100)
