Could you share some more information about this issue please? What exact version of Umbraco are you using and what version of Contour have you tried to install? Be aware that there are 2 different releases of Contour currently so it's important that you choose the one for Umbraco 7.
I have downloaded UmbracoCMS.WebPl.7.0.4 and directly I have configured on my IIS server. It is configured successfully and it is working.when I have installed contour 3.0 package in this cms then I got an error.
I have measured one more thing when I have created one MVC Application and configured Umbraco Binary package for that application after i have installed contour 3.0 package, then that is working properly. This mvc application is not configured in IIS server.
