Ok, so i might be pushing it a bit :), but when do you expect to release 7.1.2. According to schedule it was yesterday. And seeing its at 100% since noon yesterday...
Perhaps try tweeting using the #umbraco hashtag referring to the download page? I'm sure there is a good reason for the delay but think it's easier to get an answer using the twitter power :)
