Not sure which one you should go with, but I'd stay away from uBlogsy for a while. I'm using it for comments, but I had to do some weird things to get it working properly. The developer is too busy at the moment to update it.
You might also want to try one of the starter kits (shown during the Umbraco install, and in the developer section). Maybe one of them includes some blog-like functionality.
