    Translate dictionary items

    Hello everyone,

    I was wondering what the proper way is to handle dictionary translations in Umbraco. For regular content I can setup a translator, but it seems that for dictionary items there is no 'send to translation' option.

    What is the proper way to have the dictionary items translated?

    Hi Robert,

    Only users with access to the settings section can translate dictionary items. If you wanted to allow users without settings access to edit dictionary items, content editors for example, you could always install the Dictionary Dashboard package.

    The send to translation option is only for content pages. There aren't any workflow related things for dictionary items I believe.
