I've looked over the files contained in the 7.1.4 ZIP download and according to the general upgrade guidelines, it says I need a copy of the 'Install' folder for versions under 7.1.0--however, the 7.1.4 ZIP does not contain this folder.
Before I attempt an upgrade I want to be sure that this isn't needed. I've got everything backed up just in case--but would like to know if anyone else had this same concern.

I've done the upgrade in a test environment and now see that the install folder doesn't actually exist as a directory.
